How do I book a venue?
If you are interested in booking a venue, please fill out a Venue Request Form with all pertinent details of the event you are planning to host. If you have any questions about the venue booking process, please reach out to MKEevents@gopconvention2024.com. The convention team will work to fit your event in the venue of your choosing.
Why can't I book directly through the venue?
Because there are many different groups looking to book hundreds of events across the city over the course of a week, it is critical to have a centralized way of coordinating hosts and venues. Booking through the convention staff will lessen the logistical burden on both event planners and venues.
What is the timeline for booking and event planning?
We encourage all interested event planners and groups to fill out the Venue Request Form as soon as you have solidified details for your event(s). Venue bookings are based on a first come-first served basis. Due to the influx of event requests, please allow 5 business days to hear back from the Convention planning team about the status of your event booking.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a partner venue. The team has been viewing, touring, and contracting with venues since February 2023. At this time, we have reached capacity for the number of venues we are able to partner with. You are still welcome to join our Vendor Portal and Vendor Directory, but we will not be partnering with any more official venues, which is what this webpage features.
